精密鋼管長度和外形有哪些要求？下面無縫鋼管廠就來給大家說說！
國內現在一般廠家生產的精密鋼管的長度為2000～12000mm，對定尺和倍盡長度的規定為：精密鋼管定尺長度及倍尺總長度應在通常長度范圍內，當精密鋼管的長度≤5000mm時，全長允許偏差為0～5mm；長度＞5000mm時，全長允許偏差為0～10mm，每個倍尺長度的精密鋼管應留出的切口裕量為：外徑≤159mm時，留出的切口裕量為5～10mm；當精密鋼管的外徑＞mm時，留出的切口裕量為10～15mm。
在對精密鋼管的外徑要求上，一般對精密鋼管的彎曲度應不大于3.0mm/m。外徑大于16mm的精密鋼管全長彎曲度按上屈服強度Reh的不同，應符合以下規定：Reh≤500MPa，≤0.15%L；Reh＞500MPa，≤0.20%L。如果精密鋼管的供求雙方經過協議，每米彎曲度和全長彎曲度可采用其他的規定。
不圓度方面，精密鋼管的不圓度應不大于外徑公差的80%；當精密鋼管的壁厚不均，供求雙方應妥當協商。

Out of roundness, the out of roundness of precision steel tube should be not greater than 80% of the outside diameter tolerance;When the precision of steel tube wall thickness uneven, both supply and demand should be appropriate to negotiate.
